Eligibility

To submit a book for consideration, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal right to submit the book on behalf of the author/publisher
• Ensure the book meets all eligibility requirements as stated in our submission guidelines

Submission Requirements

All book submissions must:

• Have been published in the calendar year 2025
• Be made for children
• Have online reviews available for judging analysis
• Include accurate and complete information

Entry Fees and Payment

Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted. Payment must be received in full for your submission to be processed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future submission periods.

Judging Process

All submissions are evaluated by our expert panel based on individual merit, creative quality, uniqueness, and positive impact. Judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal. We do not provide individual feedback on submissions unless specifically stated.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your submitted work. By submitting, you grant Little Book Awards the right to:

• Display book information on our website and promotional materials
• Announce winners and finalists publicly
• Use book covers and excerpts for marketing purposes

Winner and Nominee Badges

Winners and finalists may use the official Little Book Awards badge on their book covers and marketing materials. Badges must be used in accordance with our brand guidelines and may not be altered or modified.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to manipulate the judging process
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

Little Book Awards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in entry fees.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
